For 97 years, members of the Radiological Society of North America (RSNA) have met to discuss the newest and greatest advancements in radiological technologies. From November 25-29th, nearly 60,000 representatives of member organizations will gather in Chicago for the 98th Scientific Assembly and Annual Meeting, including Accusoft employees! Will Clonts, Business Development Manager at Accusoft, has been going to RSNA’s Annual Meetings for the past 16 years and enjoys the meeting for the huge wealth of medical imaging knowledge that is shared every year. His bets are on Prizm Content Connect’s new HTML5 client version stealing the show at the Accusoft booth this year because it allows users to share and view content anywhere.
Leif Peters, another Business Development Manager, is excited about the number of people who “have enthusiastically agreed to meet with us to learn more” about Accusoft products. He agrees with Will that zero footprint viewers, like Prizm Content Connect with HTML5 capabilities, are going to be the main focus for at this year’s meeting. But he believes that the Cloud Capture controls in ImageGear are going to be among the most discussed at the Accusoft booth.
This year’s Annual Meeting is special because of its focus on going green - RSNA is providing recycling receptacles, offering electronic alternatives to printed materials, and promoting energy conservation to reduce the environmental impact of the conference.
