It was another great year at PMA@CES in the LVH (formerly Las Vegas Hilton). The number of products being showcased at CES is amazing. There were over 20,000 new products unveiled at the 2013 CES including our ThinPic app, which helps users to store 3x the hi-res photos on their iOS device. Mobile was again one of the hottest topics at the show.

“Overall, the future is wrapped around mobile with Android sub-planting the iPhone platform in the near future,” said Al Jackson, Senior Global Business Development Manager at Accusoft.  “In addition to the massive interest for new mobile apps, attendees were very interested in solutions for better image compression.”

“The proliferation of image data and increased sharing of content inherent to Enterprise 2.0 is increasing the need for efficient methods of compression and decompression of images,” said Brandon Mount, Manager, Sales Engineering at Accusoft. “One of our core strengths is high-speed compression technology and this creates a lot of great opportunities for us at a show like CES,” said Jackson.
