EMC World Wrapup: Much Ado About the Cloud

EMCWorld_2013_200Accusoft played Vegas last week with the rest of the content management universe (and its close friends) at EMC World, EMC Corporation's annual conference for customers and business partners. Company reps hoped the show would offer a receptive crowd for the Prizm Content Connect document viewer and its ability to solve the twin problems of providing access to unstructured data and enabling secure collaboration -- and they were right.

A View from the Side

View from the SideI thought it would be fun to look back at articles I had written in the past, perhaps to see how thoughts have or have not changed, and perhaps just for a laugh.

What follows is an article I wrote in September 2005 for the company newsletter. Just in case you don't know Accusoft's history, we were known as Pegasus Imaging Corporation until January 2009 and took on the name Accusoft after completing the purchase of one of our largest competitors, AccuSoft Corporation of Boston. For some perspective on 2005, we had just completed the purchase of another competitor in December 2004, TMS Sequoia of Stillwater, Oklahoma. In September 2005 we were less than half the size we are today, and in September 2004 we were 25% of our current size.
